Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can pineapple slices
2 Tbsp. oleo
1/2 c. brown sugar
maraschino cherry halves
1 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. shortening
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. liquid from pineapple
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Drain pineapple.
Melt oleo and brown sugar in bottom of 9 x 1 1/2-inch pan.
Arrange pineapple and cherries in oleo and brown sugar.
