Dijon-Lemon Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. grated lemon rind
2/3 c. fresh lemon juice
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
Use to marinate fish or poultry before cooking.
Baste with remaining marinade while cooking (7 calories per cup).
Good for diabetic, high blood pressure or watching calories.
