Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. red hot peppers (ground in blender)
    3/4 c. bell pepper
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vinegar-apple cider (if possible)
    1 (6 oz.) bottle pectin (Certo)
Preparation
    Mix peppers, sugar and vinegar together in pot; bring to boil. Remove from heat for 5 minutes.
    Add bottle of pectin.
    Do not substitute.
    Pour in 1/2-pint jars; seal.
    Yield:
    4 pints.
