Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef roast
    1 c. ketchup
    1 c. barbecue sauce
    4 c. diced celery
    2 c. water
    1 c. diced onion
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place beef in Dutch oven.
    Combine all ingredients, cover and bake for 5 hours in 350\u00b0
    oven.
    Shred beef with fork.
    Yields 24 servings.
    Serve on onion buns.
    I serve this with a vegetable salad.
