Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour or 2 c. plain flour plus 1 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. raw grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix well and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Makes 3 (8-inch) layers or tube pan.
