Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 medium onion
    2 peppers
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. corn oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix meal, flour,
    soda, salt, eggs, oil and buttermilk. Add onion, peppers and corn;
    mix
    well.
    Bake
    at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
