Grilled Butterflied Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 lb. leg of lamb, butterflied (if you can't find one large leg of lamb, use two smaller ones)
1/2 to 3/4 c. Garlic Herb Marinade (see below)
Preparation

Ask your butcher to butterfly the meat.
(\"Butterfly\" - remove the bone and open out flat.
It is approximately 1 to 2-inches in thickness).
Rinse the meat thoroughly with cold water and pat dry with paper towel.
