Reba'S Lime Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box lime gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. pecans or walnuts, broken
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 (8 oz.) cartons cottage cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Add lemon juice and stir well. Refrigerate until thickened.
    Beat until light and creamy.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
