Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. butter
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into chunks.
    Melt butter and put in a casserole dish.
    Mix flour, cheese, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes and stir.
    Pour into casserole and add milk.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir at 1/2 hour.
    Do not cover during baking.
