Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli in butter sauce, cut up
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 can cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in baking dish.
    Top with another 1/2 cup of Velveeta cheese, diced.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 35 minutes.
    Great the next day reheated.
