Ingredients

3 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
1/3 c. (about 1 1/2 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
assorted toppings
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In medium skillet, brown ground beef; drain.
Stir in spaghetti sauce; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
In medium bowl, combine hot pasta, eggs, 1/2 can French fried onions and the Parmesan cheese.
Spread pasta mixture over greased 12-inch pizza pan.
Top with ground beef mixture and desired toppings.
Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until heated through.
Top with Mozzarella cheese and remaining onions. Bake, uncovered, 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
Cut into wedges to serve.
