Stuffed Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak, tenderized
    8 to 10 slices stale bread
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. hot water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Lay steak out flat.
    Mix all ingredients, except soup, thoroughly.
    Spread on steak and roll up like a jellyroll.
    Secure with toothpicks and place in a greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Remove from oven and spread with undiluted soup. Return to oven for an additional 10 minutes.
