Cocktail Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter (no substitute)
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red cayenne pepper
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    pecan halves
Preparation
    Cream butter; add shredded cheese, then salt, pepper and flour. Roll into small balls and press pecans on each to flatten.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Yields 40 to 45 biscuits.
