Crispy Lemon Pepper Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) chicken
    3 c. corn flakes, crushed
    2 to 3 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wash chicken and cut up into pieces. Mix crushed corn flakes, lemon pepper seasoning and salt.
    Dip chicken into milk, then dip into corn flake mixture until completely coated.
    Place on a rack over a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
