Pork Tenderloins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tenderloins (approximately 2 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
    1 tsp. thyme, crushed
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/3 c. orange marmalade, mixed with 2 Tbsp. bourbon or brandy
Preparation
    Brush tenderloins with butter, garlic and spices; place in shallow roaster on rack.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Spread jam mixed with bourbon or brandy on tenderloins; bake another 15 to 20 minutes, or 160\u00b0 on meat thermometer. Thicken juices slightly; serve over sliced meat.
    Serves 6.
