Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. chicken breast, skinned and boned
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. rice
1 (8 oz.) can chicken broth
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
Preparation

Dip chicken into egg, then in flour, salt and pepper mixture. Melt butter in large skillet.
Place chicken into skillet and brown.
Remove and set aside.
Place rice, chicken broth, parsley, salt and water in skillet.
Bring to a boil.
Add chicken and cover.
Lower to simmer for 30 to 45 minutes or until water is absorbed.
