Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. macaroni
    2 qt. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    In a large pan, bring water, salt and oil to a boil.
    Add macaroni.
    Boil until macaroni is tender.
    Drain; add margarine, cheese (cut up in small pieces) and soup.
    Cover until melted. Add evaporated milk.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until slightly brown around edges.
