Jellied Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

orange gelatin, prepared as directed
juice of 1/2 lemon
Neufchatel or cream cheese
cream or milk
lettuce
white grapes
dressing
Preparation

Add juice of half lemon to prepared orange gelatin.
Chill until almost set.
Roll cheese into small balls after softening with cream or milk.
Moisten small molds, put one ball into each mold, fill with gelatin and chill until set.
Turn out on lettuce and arrange white grapes around the edge.
Top with a little dressing.
