Sunrise Cherry Pie - cooking recipe

1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 to 1 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 c. heavy whipping cream
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 (6 oz.) graham cracker or Nilla wafer crust
Preparation

Drain
pineapple well, reserving two tablespoons syrup. Cream softened cream cheese, pineapple syrup, vanilla, 1/4 cup pineapple and 1/2 cup pie filling.
Mix until well blended.
