German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. white potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. diced bacon
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. flour
4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Cook, peel and slice potatoes.
In pan, fry bacon and put on paper towel to cool.
In bacon grease, put onions and saute.
In bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt and pepper.
Stir in vinegar and water until smooth.
Add to onion and crumbled bacon.
Cook until thickened.
Add parsley and celery seed.
Pour over potatoes. Serve warm.
