Quiche In Hash Brown Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    diced cooked ham (1 c.)
    1 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    chopped onions (if desired)
Preparation
    Spray 2 (9-inch) pie plates with Pam.
    Press thawed hash browns between paper towel to remove moisture.
    Press into bottoms of pie plates to form crust.
    Brush with melted margarine, being more generous with top edges.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Fill with layers of cheeses, meat and onions.
    Beat milk with eggs and seasoned salt and pour over the top.
    Return to oven and reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or so.
