Bean Salsa Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage, cut into bite-size chunks
    2 cans ready-cut salsa (S&W)
    1 can pinquitos (undrained)
    1 can black beans (undrained)
    1 can white beans (undrained)
    1 can kidney beans (undrained)
    cilantro, chopped
    garnish with shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute sausage 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Drain excess fat. Add tomatoes, beans and cilantro; mix well.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with cheese.
    Serves 6.
