Crispy Cookie Coffee Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. oleo
1 c. warmed milk
2 eggs

Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water.
Combine flour, salt, juice, 1/4 cup sugar.
Cut oleo in with a fork.
Combine eggs, milk and yeast; add to flour mixture.
Combine lightly.
Cover tightly and chill overnight.
