Honey Braised Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. boned chicken, cut into bite size pieces
2 Tbsp. oil
6 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. grated ginger (can be made without ginger)
Preparation

Pour oil in hot pan.
Add soy sauce, honey and ginger.
Add 1/2 cup water.
Add chicken; simmer until chicken is shiny and soy sauce is all absorbed.
Serve with rice and vegetables.
