Pasta With Beans And Garlic - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. bacon fat
2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
2 c. chopped celery
2 cans chicken broth
2 cans white kidney beans
1 lb. ditalini macaroni
Preparation

Slowly heat garlic in melted bacon fat.
Be careful not to burn.
when garlic has softened add chicken broth and celery. Cook until celery is soft.
Cook pasta until done.
Drain.
Add white kidney beans to celery mixture, heat through.
Do not drain beans.
Add liquid mixture to drained pasta.
Incorporate well. Season to taste with black pepper and salt.
Tastes best after sitting to blend flavors.
Freezes well.
