Dove Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 doves
    1/4 lb. saltines
    black pepper to taste
    1/2 to 3/4 stick margarine, cut into bits
    1 (8 oz.) can Carnation milk
    2 1/2 Butter-Me-Not biscuits
Preparation
    Soak doves in lightly salted water.
    Boil until tender. Reserve about 1/2 cup stock.
