Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. minced parsley
    8 strips cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bake in greased casserole for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
