Stacked Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 or 3/4 lb. hamburger meat
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    Colby or Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 large onion, chopped
    corn tortillas
    4 or 5 c. water
    lettuce, chopped
    tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat; sprinkle with garlic powder and cumin. Add chili powder and flour; make paste.
    Add water; cook until it starts thickening like a thin gravy.
    Take tortilla and dip in mixture to soften.
    Put on plate.
    Add a little of the meat mixture if enough doesn't stick to tortilla.
    Sprinkle with some onion and cheese.
    Repeat as many as you can eat (3 or 4 high).
    Top with chopped lettuce and tomatoes.
