Soap Suds Snow - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. mild soap flakes
1/2 c. water

Preparation

Slowly add water to flakes in a plastic bowl and whip until dough is of a consistency that can be rolled into snowballs or formed into other shapes.
Tint pink for cotton candy art projects or another color of your desire.
