Chile Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided (8 oz.)
1 (29 oz.) can hominy, drained
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation

Combine 1 cup cheese and remaining ingredients.
Stir well. Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle top with remaining cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Yields 6 servings.
