Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 stick margarine
1 c. milk
2 c. blueberries
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and margarine until well blended.
Set aside 1 cup for streusel topping.
Add 2 eggs and 1 cup milk; beat until smooth.
Add 2 cups blueberries and spoon into paper-lined muffin cups.
