Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine soup, mustard
    and Worcestershire sauce.
    Blend well. Set aside.\tCombine beef, egg, bread crumbs, onions and 1/4 cup soup.
    Shape into 6 patties.
    Brown in skillet.
    Drain drippings. Combine
    remaining
    soup
    and
    water.
    Pour
    over browned patties.
    Cook
    over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
