Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. zucchini, cooked and mashed
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small jar pimento
1 small onion, chopped
1 pkg. herb seasoning or cornbread stuffing mix
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Combine sour cream, chicken soup, pimento and onion with mashed squash.
Melt margarine and mix with herb seasoning or cornbread stuffing mix.
