Chocolate Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs, separated
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/4 c. flour (Softasilk)
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, grated
Preparation
    Oil and flour 2 round cake pans. Beat egg whites until fluffy. Beat in 1/2 cup sugar until stiff.
    Set aside.
    Sift together sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Add oil, 1/2 cup milk and vanilla. Beat at medium speed. Add remaining milk and egg yolks. Beat 1 minute. Fold in chocolate, egg whites and sugar.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
