Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white Karo syrup
    2 c. raw peanuts
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put syrup, sugar and peanuts in iron frying pan.
    Cook on low heat.
    When it begins to boil, increase the heat to 300\u00b0.
    Take off burner and add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon soda and beat. Turn out on buttered cookie sheet.
