Cabbage Souffle Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cold water
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Blend in mayonnaise.
Add cold water, vinegar and salt.
Chill until partially set.
Beat until fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 1-quart mold. Chill until set.
Serves 6 to 8.
