Shut-Up Dawgs(Hush Puppies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn meal
1/3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg
3/4 c. milk

Preparation

Preheat oil to 360\u00b0.
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add egg and milk; mix thoroughly.
Drop batter by teaspoon into deep hot oil until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
