Peach Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Place peaches in an 8 x 11-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with mixture of 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and nutmeg. Combine remaining 3/4 cup sugar, flour, baking powder, egg and melted margarine in bowl until crumbly.
    Spread over peaches.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
    May substitute apples for fresh peaches.
    Bake apple crisp at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
