Spaghetti Carbonara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mostaccioli
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 stick butter or margarine
    salt to taste
    pinch of red pepper
    2 egg yolks
    1 whole egg
    Parmesan cheese
    Romano cheese
Preparation
    Cook bacon and drain.
    In same pan put oil, butter, salt and red pepper.
    Simmer.
    Beat eggs well.
    Cook pasta in 5 quarts salted boiling water.
    Cook al dente on hard side.
    Drain pasta. Put in bowl.
    Pour egg over pasta, then oil and butter mixture, then cheese.
    Serve immediately.
