Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups milk
    4 cups coarse bread crumbs
    1/2 cup melted butter
    2/3 cup sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 cup raisins
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat milk to scalding.
    Pour over coarse bread crumbs.
    Cool and add:
    butter, sugar, eggs, salt, raisins, cinnamon and vanilla.
    Pour into a 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Serve warm.
