Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 firm ripe tomatoes, cut in half and seeded
    sugar
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. marjoram, crushed
    1/4 c. finely snipped parsley
    1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Put tomato halves, cut side up, in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with sugar.
    Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and marjoram.
    Spoon an equal amount onto the tomato halves. Sprinkle with parsley and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes 4 servings.
