Chicken Taco Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14.5 oz.) can mild enchilada sauce
1 (10.5 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom or chicken soup
3 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips, coarsely crushed
4 oz. sharp cheese, shredded (1 c.)
Preparation

Blend enchilada sauce and soup. Stir in chicken or turkey and onions.
Grease a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with half of the corn chips.
Pour chicken mixture over. Sprinkle with cheese, then remaining corn chips.
Bake in moderate oven at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
