Mystery Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1/2 lb. cottage cheese (small curd)
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. black walnut meats
    1 pkg. strawberry gelatin dessert
    1 pkg. raspberry gelatin dessert
    4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Soak plain gelatin in cold water.
    Boil the pineapple and juice; add gelatin, cottage cheese and black walnut meats.
    Pour into large tray and chill in refrigerator.
