Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine preceding ingredients and set aside.
    Drop 8 to 10 cabbage leaves in hot water to wilt.
    Place equal portions of meat mixture in center of each cabbage leaf.
    Fold over and fasten with toothpicks.
    Place cabbage rolls in a deep baking dish.
    Pour 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can of tomato sauce and equal amount of water over cabbage rolls and simmer approximately 1 1/2 hours.
    This can also be baked, covered, in the oven at 375\u00b0.
