Moist Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    1 c. oil (Wesson)
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. hot water
    2 eggs (unbeaten)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat all ingredients for 2 minutes. Batter will be thin.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Use 8 or 9-inch round or square cake pans.
