Lo-Fat Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1 pepper
    1 doz. mushrooms
    1 qt. tomatoes
    skinned chicken pieces
Preparation
    Chop onion, pepper and mushrooms.
    Saute in skillet that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Can add a little bit of water.
    Put in heavy pan; add tomatoes and skinned chicken pieces.
    Cover and cook on low heat 1 to 1 1/2 hours until chicken is tender.
    Can serve over rice.
