Baked Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Idaho potatoes
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. sour cream with chives or plain
    1 c. grated cheese
    4 Tbsp. chopped onions
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash and grease potatoes.
    Bake and slice lengthwise.
    Scoop out potatoes while hot and mash with margarine.
    Add sour cream. Saute onions with a little margarine and add to potato mix.
    Add part of the grated cheese to the potatoes.
    Replace in the potato jacket.
    Reheat just before serving, garnishing the tops with grated cheese, melting slightly.
