Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 (24 oz.) carton cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped, or 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook lasagna noodles and the frozen spinach according to package directions.
Drain; press water out of spinach and set aside.
