Roast Beef Cuban Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck beef
    1 tsp. beef softener
    1 onion
    1 green bell pepper
    garlic
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 spoons vegetable oil
    1 sour orange
    1/8 lb. ham
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. dry sherry wine
Preparation
    Marinate the beef with garlic, sour orange, salt and pepper for 3 hours.
    With a knife, open six holes in the beef and put the ham inside, adding the onion and the green pepper.
    Put in pot the oil and the beef, cook it on both sides.
    Add garlic and wine and water and cook slowly.
