Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. lean ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 egg
    1 small onion, diced
    1 1/2 c. corn flakes or 1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. diced green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix well and form into loaf; put into pan.
    In can of remaining tomato sauce, add 2 heaping tablespoons of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon mustard.
    Mix well.
    Pour over loaf in pan.
    Bake uncovered at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
